The Early Cancer Screening Project is a national health initiative spearheaded by Gruppo San Donato (GSD) in collaboration with the Iraqi Ministry of Health (MOH), Oncology Center NGOs and community leaders across Iraq. Our mission is to bring early cancer detection tools to communities throughout the country and promote awareness of preventive healthcare.

Types of Screenings Offered:

  • Breast Cancer Screening: Mammography and clinical exams for women aged 40+
  • Cervical Cancer Screening: Pap smear and HPV tests for women aged 25–64
  • Colorectal Cancer Screening: Fecal tests and colonoscopy for adults aged 45+
  • Lung Cancer Screening: CT scans for high-risk individuals aged 50+
  • Prostate Cancer Screening: PSA blood tests and consultations for men aged 50+
