Biography
Dr. Hala Ihsan Bilal is a Pediatrician at Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Teaching Hospital. She provides diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases from the first day of life up to 14 years of age and she is a member of the Arab Pediatric Association and the Iraqi Pediatric Association.
