Abd Al-Mahdi Abd Al-Rasul Al-Salami

Dr. Abd Al-Mahdi Abd Al-Rasul Al-Salami works in the field of nephrology and renal replacement therapy and holds regular consultation clinics in nephrology at Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Teaching Hospital.
He performs permanent peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion under local anesthesia and is a trainer in this field. He supervises clinical rounds for hospitalized nephrology patients, hemodialysis patients, and intensive care patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). He has published several research papers in nephrology, peritoneal dialysis, and cardiac palpitations during hemodialysis.
Dr. Al-Salami is a member of the Iraqi Society of Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation, the International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD), and the Iraqi Thoracic Society.
